Eduardo Garcia introduced "cap and trade" legislation on behalf of Sacramento special interests that could raise gas prices in California by another 64 cents per gallon.

Jeff Gonzalez says that California already has the highest gas prices in the nation and that the cap and trade bill written by Eduardo Garcia will make it even harder for families to get ahead. He will work to repeal this unfair law.
