Nevada Congresswoman and candidate for U.S. Senate Jacky Rosen released the following statement:
"After Dr. Ford's personal and powerful testimony, it's unconscionable that a Senator could not have a single reservation about confirming Judge Kavanaugh without re-opening the FBI investigation. Credible assault allegations should not be dismissed as "a little hiccup' in the confirmation process for a Supreme Court nominee."
