Obamacare has clearly an issues on the state level. It's just not federal government's issue anymore. North Carolinians are feeling the affects of rising insurances costs and plan cancellations. It is important that we work together to stop the cost of healthcare from becoming even more unreasonable by looking at market-based alternatives. We should keep on battling with lawsuits and get our protection costs under control.
