U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today chaired a hearing in the Subcommittee on Crime and Terrorism of the Senate Judiciary Committee, titled "Cyber Threats to our Nation's Critical Infrastructure."
GRAHAM: "Mr. President our nation is under attack. To members of Congress, our nation is under attack. Not just by Russia, by other outside influences. They're not knocking buildings down. They're not killing people. But they're trying to destroy our democracy."
GRAHAM: "America is under cyber-attack. We're beginning to act, but not quick enough and not forcefully enough."
