Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today released the following statement on the Supreme Court's decision in Lucia v. SEC:

"Administrative law judges have imposed punishing fines and permanently barred people from their chosen profession. These unelected bureaucrats have an immense amount of power, and they should be checked by the people's elected representatives, as the Court so ruled today."
