Life begins at conception and must be protected. In addition to sponsoring the bill to ban funding for Planned Parenthood, Ben sponsored a resolution to recognize an annual "Day of Tears," which calls for the lowering of flags to half-staff on the anniversary, January 22nd, of the Roe v. Wade decision. He has a 100% pro-life record in the House of Delegates and will never waiver on this issue when elected to Congress.
