JB Pritzker Joins May Day March

Statement

Date: May 1, 2018
Location: Chicago, IL

Today, JB Pritzker attended the May Day March in Chicago and released the following statement:

"Today, I'm proud to join the hardworking men and women of the labor movement to show solidarity, unity, and justice for working families, immigrants, and refugees in Illinois," said JB Pritzker. "Bruce Rauner has turned his back on the very people that built our country. He's tried to decimate unions at every turn, proposed eliminating funding for immigrant integration services and welcoming centers, and even refused to allow refugees to enter the state. When I'm governor, all communities will have a seat at the table, and we'll put Springfield back on the side of working families."
