Senator Vitale has worked to improve access to early childhood education in the state of New Jersey, recognizing the importance of investing in children from a young age and supporting pre-K for all. In addition, he championed a statewide tuition waiver program for children who have been under the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, which helps to assure that all children, regardless of their background have the same opportunities to achieve their dreams.
