With the rise in gun violence, Roxanne introduced legislation to prohibit the sale of ammunition; regardless of the type to any person not authorized to possess such a weapon. Also, limiting the sale of ammunition designed for use in assault weapons.

Purposed Legislation: To limit the sale of ammunition to any person not authorized to possess such weapons, regardless of type; thus keeping ammunition out of the hands of unlicensed users and to prevent illegal trafficking. As well as limiting the sale of ammunition designed for use in assault weapons; to keep assault weapons ammunition out of the hands of unlicensed users in and effort to prevent illegal trafficking of ammunition.
