Rents keep going up, but our salaries stay the same. Latrice will fight to freeze rents and make sure that tenants' rights are protected. She will work to get housing tax credits for community residents and stabilize the Mitchell-Lama program. Latrice plans to attract new affordable housing developments to the neighborhood, as well.
