Issue Position

Rich believes government is too big and tries to do too many things, often with poor results. That's why he'll lead legislative efforts to undertake a top-to-bottom audit of state government. Programs that deliver measurable results will be preserved, and enhanced if necessary. Those that cannot show results will be ended and receive no future funding. Rich will work with his counterparts on both sides of the aisle to bring an accountable, new direction to our State.
