As California continues to over-tax, over-regulate, and over-burden its employers and businesses, Arizona is poised to make substantial gains by offering a much better business environment. We need to pursue regulatory reform, tort reform, and tax reform, so that we can attract the businesses that are fleeing progressive states like California, and so that we can encourage our existing employers to grow and hire more people.
