Everyone talks about diversifying the economy, but what does it really mean?

Diversifying the Wyoming's economy means supporting our core foundations 100% but also expanding our ability to attract new businesses in this state. Wyoming has an amazing opportunity to attract new businesses with our tax structure and an educated, hard working work force.
Wyoming needs to attract new businesses that keep our hard working citizens in our state. We spend millions of dollars on our children every year to become extremely qualified to enter the work force. Unfortunately, many of them are leaving our state and not returning. I plan on working to attract these businesses to the Cowboy State and keeping our workforce employed in Wyoming.
We must continue to focus on our local communities. Now is the time to keep our communities funded and in attractive condition to these organizations. We must continue to prove that Wyoming is the place to do business and we care about our communities.
With your vote and support, I can make a change in the way our legislature views our economy. We must start looking to the future and plan accordingly. Diversifying our economy means creating jobs, attracting new businesses and keeping our communities funded!
