1. God, family, country
These were once the foundations of our society; we need to return to them.
2. Veterans
As a disabled veteran, it is appalling to see how some have been treated. We must fix this injustice and treat our veterans with the honor they deserve.
3. Right to Life
Life begins at conception. This is a non-negotiable issue with me.
4. Smaller Government
Government at the state and federal level are out of control and grown beyond necessity. Government was established to serve the people; not the other way around.
5. Honor the constitution of the United States and the State of Alaska's Constitution
If it is in the US constitution, it is a federal issue; all other issues belong to the state government.
6. Public Education is everyone's responsibility
The education system in the state of Alaska is broken. Throwing money at the problem will not solve it. Choices create competition and a better educational system.
7. Create a vibrant economy in Alaska by privatization and encourage competition
A stable state economy and shifting jobs to the private sector will create a vibrant economy and shift the tax burdens from home owners to businesses.
8. Transparency- it breeds confidence
It is essential that government is transparent in all they do. Involving constituents encourages ownership and increases confidence.
