Issue Position: Helping Veterans

Issue Position

As chair of the Transportation committee, I was able to sponsor legislation that would give more recognition to our state's veterans by placing the word "veteran" on the driver licenses of those who have bravely served our country through military service. This will also make it easier for Veteran Affairs to locate veterans around the state so that they will be able to better communicate and present their services to the much deserving veterans of our state.
