Issue Position

The 1st Amendment not only recognizes our freedom of religion, but protects it as the bedrock of our society. In his 1796 farewell address, President George Washington stated that "Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports." As a Christian and licensed Minister himself, Adam is very aware of the erosion of our religious freedom in our world today. If elected representative, through his Faith Based Initiative, Adam will work with those in the faith and nonprofit communities to ensure religious freedom is protected and the needs of our community are always addressed.
