Ryan believes that all government services must be efficient and aligned to the needs of its customers- Rhode Islanders. For too long, government services have become synonymous with waste, poor service, and frustration. Ryan will continue to review state services and authoring legislation or conducting oversight hearings to provide the best experience possible to Rhode Islanders at the most efficient cost.
