Issue Position

As a state representative, Brett led the fight to remove Common Core from our schools in order to secure the constitutional right of local control over our children's education. Long before Common Core was exposed as an overreach of the federal government into our schools and our homes, Brett traveled the state, talked with constituents, and shared his concerns. As a result, people listened and changed their positions, including the governor.
