Chris is a proud father of four and believes that with strong schools, every child has an opportunity for success. Minnesota can be a global leader in education by:

● Reforming teacher tenure to keep effective teachers in our classrooms

● Closing the funding gap between Minneapolis/St. Paul schools which currently receive $14,000 in per pupil funding and rural schools which receive just $10,000 per pupil

● Keeping local control of our schools in the hands of parents and educators, not government bureaucrats in St. Paul
