Issue Position

I support tax relief for parents who are saving for their children's post-secondary education, as well as, tax relief for post-secondary graduates who are paying back student loans.

Owners of commercial and industrial real estate are currently subject to a statewide property tax on these properties which are often used to provide jobs. The economic vitality of greater Minnesota businesses would be improved with a reduction of this tax.
