We do not have a revenue problem in Minnesota. We have a spending problem. We need to reduce spending and limit the size and growth of government. We need to reduce our reliance on property and income taxes, and create a more reliable, stable source of income. My pledge to you is that I will work long and hard on meaningful tax reform.
