Issue Position

I believe the Iron Range is the best place on earth to raise a family. Without good paying jobs, that will not be possible for most families in our area. We need a multi-pronged approach to job creation on the Range. One key component is properly funding transportation in Greater Minnesota. Reducing the tax burden on our job creators is fundamental to job creation. It's important that we reduce burdensome regulations on businesses. We must reform education to teach our kids the skills they will actually use after high school. If government will get out of the way, our private sector has the potential to revive the economy on the Iron Range.
