Issue Position: Decriminalization of Marijuana

Issue Position

I believe we should enforce Federal law. I do believe we should look at how we prosecute for offenses. Millions of tax dollars are spent every year incarcerating for minor offenses. We should however be very tough on distribution and trafficking.

Oklahoma already allows cannabis oil for use if medical issues exist. I do not support legalization of marijuana use for recreational use.
