The 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution clearly indicates powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution remain reserved to the states or the people.

Despite constitutional limits, the federal government continues to encroach on the state and its population. As representative, Cory will work diligently to maintain the rights of the states and to keep Utah independent of all foreign and federal encroachments.

He will resist all programs that threaten the sovereignty of the state and local and county governments; and work to prevent further overreach of the federal government to dictate healthcare, education, and taxation of Utah citizens.
