Cory encourages cost-effective, well-managed improvements to the roadways and highways throughout Utah. He supports mass transit options, but is extremely cautious how to approach funding UTA projects. He voted in favor of SB277, which provided the funding necessary to begin completion of I-15 through Lehi and Thanksgiving Point 2-3 years ahead of the project's originally planned start date.
