"Reproductive health involves a deeply personal range of decisions that are made between a woman, her family and her health provider based on a variety of factors, such as her faith, her health and the circumstances of her pregnancy. It is not for anyone else to dictate her choices. Government funds may support hospitals and other medical facilities that offer abortion related medical services."
