I wholeheartedly believe in free market principles and support the rights and freedoms of employers and employees alike. As a business owner myself, I have seen firsthand the unnecessary damage that excessive government intervention can cause. Over-regulation does nothing to help small businesses thrive and support our economy, and this issue needs to be addressed.
