Congressman Tom Cole (OK-04) released the following statement after a federal judge weighed in this week on House v. Burwell and ruled that the Obama Administration unlawfully used taxpayer dollars to fund portions of Obamacare.

"I am very encouraged by the latest federal court ruling related to the president's healthcare law and the taxpayer dollars funding it," said Cole. "Because of the court's decision, the American people can rest assured that the Constitution will be respected and the president's power will not go unchecked."
