Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-N.C., today released the following statement regarding the Obama administration's new rules on overtime:

"Once again unelected Washington bureaucrats have ignored the concerns of employers and issued regulations that will make it more difficult for hardworking Americans to operate their businesses and provide career advancement opportunities for their employees. The Labor Department's new rules on overtime are another egregious example of the burdensome regulations that continue to hamper our economic recovery."
