My top priority is reforming our tax code to keep taxes low on our families. As your Senator I have sponsored constitutional amendments to cap and reduce the state income tax. I have led efforts to reform our gas taxes to modernize them and prioritize investments in new roads. I also supported eliminating the marriage penalty, the estate "death" tax, the annual car tag tax, and the state portion of property taxes.
