Governor Maggie Hassan issued the following statement today on the labor negotiations at Verizon:

"I am pleased that both Verizon and its workers were able to work together to reach an agreement in principle that takes into account the interests of all parties involved. The work done by Verizon's highly skilled workforce is critical to our state and regional economy, and I am grateful that these employees will soon return to their important work.
