Steve knows that Middle Class families are finding it increasingly difficult to make ends meet here on Long Island. That's why he kept his promise and helped deliver 10 straight budgets with NO increase county general fund property taxes. Our young people need good jobs and affordable workforce housing, our seniors need relief from taxes and high utility costs, reliable transportation and assistance with caregiving, so that they can stay in the homes they love in the communities that they helped build.

In order to keep businesses here to provide these opportunities, we must invest in our crumbling infrastructure, and reform the tax code to reflect the higher cost of living on Long Island and to remove tax incentives that reward companies that off-shore our jobs overseas.
