Rep. Keith Ellison released the following statement after coordinated terror attacks killed more than 120 people in Paris on Friday night:
"Tonight, we grieve for the victims, their families, the people of Paris, and all of France as they cope and respond to tonight's terrorist attacks.
"While we do not yet have the full details about those responsible, we do know this: the depraved reality these terrorists live by will never overshadow the values of freedom, justice, and equality that so deeply connect the United States and France, our oldest ally.
"As we mourn and the details unfold, our adherence to those shared values will give us solace and reassurance."
