The Second Amendment to the US Constitution has been under attack for decades.

As a member of the NRA with a lifetime A rating, I have defended our right to bear arms by co-authoring the present Lifetime Handgun Permit law in Indiana and supporting pro-2nd Amendment legislation. As the Chairman of the Republican Study Committee's Second Amendment Initiative, I have actively promoted educational outreach and activism to promote our right to bear arms.
