Issue Position

I am a Lifetime Member of the NRA. I have always been a strong advocate for the second amendment, and without a doubt, will continue to be as a congressman.

I will argue against any and all unreasonable and burdensome restrictions against the God Given, and Constitutional rights of citizens, to protections listed within the second amendment.
I will fight against all gun free zones. They become no more than attractants to those with evil intentions when seeking soft targets. Why help them accomplish their ill intent?
Having me as a congressman, is absolutely critical to accomplishing future federal level 2A victories.
I believe that through the constitution and the second amendment in particular, citizens not only may protect themselves' and others, but also this Nation as a whole.

Ray Givens is a legislative representative for the Western Maryland Sportsmen's Coalition, consisting of the five most western Counties in Maryland, and 21,000 members, stated "Of ALL candidates running in this race Terry Baker is the one that can be most trusted as a consistent and conservative protector of our constitution, and your second amendment rights".
