As President Reagan said, "Government is not the solution to our problem; government is the problem." Rick believes in smaller, more efficient government. He will swing a heavy ax at our state's growing government waste. Rick thinks the "Baton Rouge model" of increasing spending by $75,000 a day over the past 11 years represents everything that is wrong with government.
