f there is one thing that the citizens of Louisiana do not need, it's another raise in taxes. Rick believes that the budgetary incompetence of our lawmakers is no excuse for the billion-dollar tax hike that will be placed on the taxpayers of Louisiana. There are deep systemic issues that prevent cuts to wasteful programs. Rick Edmonds will lead the way to fix this flaw through an ambitious restructuring effort.
