Issue Position

The Capital Region suffers from an unacceptable traffic problem. The fact that I-10, one of the busiest roads in our nation, shrinks down to one lane is an unacceptable reality. The solution, however, is not a raise in the gasoline tax. We must think outside the box. One solution Rick will explore is a toll road system that would provide funding for major infrastructure projects and upkeep on our failing roads.
