Rick believes reform in our educational system is absolutely vital to Louisiana's future. His experience as president of Calvary Baptist Academy makes him uniquely qualified to tackle the systemic issues facing our students and educators today. He will work to introduce a Blue Ribbon Panel on education reform, in cooperation with Louisiana's new governor, on day one of the new legislative session to address new opportunities for students.
