| Budgeting is a large part of the legislative process. Here in North Carolina our constitution requires us to balance the annual state budget. My 30 plus years in business and 14 years in public office have given me the skill-set to analyze budgets for waste and inefficiencies. I will make sure our tax dollars are used wisely. While on the School Board I was tasked to oversee the construction of 10 schools. Not only were they built, they came in enough under budget that we were able to build 2 additional schools. Furthermore, all these projects were completed on time. |
