No f) Do you support requiring businesses to provide paid medical leave during public health crises, such as COVID-19?

No b) Do you support the inclusion of gender identity in Montana's anti-discrimination laws?

I believe the primary role of a legislator is to protect the life, liberty, and livelihoods of the individual. The government should interfere as little as possible in the private sector. It should create a regulatory and tax climate that is reasonable, equitable, and competitive with other states. My priority is to limit the power and scope of government and not to grow its power and authority over our lives, businesses, and families.
My top legislative priority is to protect life liberty and property. This may require funding for public safety. However, there is plenty of waste in government to fund whatever needs there may be. Another top priority is an Article V resolution to propose amendments to the US constitution limited to imposing fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government and limit the terms of office for its officials and for members of congress. With the imperial congress out of control, current debt at 26.5 trillion and deficit at 3.8 trillion, Congress needs restraint.
