Now, more than ever, we need positive and effective voices in Lansing. As a teacher and county commissioner, I know that we can build strong communities, support working families, and invest in our children?s future. I promise that I will fight tirelessly for a Michigan that works for everyone.
My top legislative priority is rebuilding our Michigan infrastructure - roads, bridges, broadband, and our water/sewer systems. I will fund it with the significant one-time federal funds our state currently holds, to ensure that we are spending one-time dollars on one-time needs and building a strong foundation for Michigan.
