The state cannot forbid abortion, so questions "b" and "c" are moot until federal not state law changes. If I am wrong on this please call me at 603-762-6115, and I will change my answer

Everyone should be able to love whom or what they want. Even Elton John does not want gay marriage. Civil Unions should be any other type of long term relationship that people want to enter into. This would give them the same rights as a man and woman without changing the definition of marriage. On affirmative action if you look only at the qualifications and not the person you don't need affirmation action
Reduce spending, let businesses know that not only are they wanted and needed. But, they also know what the playing field will be so they can plan for hiring, and expansion of their businesses and not have to worry what the business climate is going to be in 6 months
