Reason for Seeking Public Office:
I am seeking the office of Iowa Senate District 14 because I believe it is time for change. We have a divided government all the way from Washington D.C. to Des Moines to the city council chambers of Dubuque. The representatives need to set aside partisan politics and start making cost effective, common sense decisions that are beneficial for all Iowans, not forcing an agenda driven by a party. In my district we have been held hostage by representatives who work only for self promotion and partisan agendas.
