Priority Issues:
Reduce crime, increase services for youth and seniors, improve community roads, infrastructure, aesthetics, and Improve the quality of life for the entire district. My research shows that well maintained neighborhoods increase the quality of life and the happiness of all community members. It reduces crime and gives once a sense of wellbeing. I plan to help our schools and provide funding to them. I will support legislation that focuses on strengthening the family, reducing overspending, improving access and quality of care in health care, conservation, sustainability and with thoughts of making things better in our community for our children that follow behind us.
* I also plan to support the passage of legislation to continue the current cut and for future State tax cuts so that in a few years we will have the lowest tax rate since 1948.
* Fund senior centers and the EPIC prescription drug program and to support all legislation to protect seniors from financial scams and elder abuse.
* Making sure there are funds in the State Budget for our neighborhood schools and senior centers. I will be relentless in making sure there are funds for medical facilities across the district and for NYCHA residents.
* And most importantly with the rise in gun violence, I will pursue legislation to restrict the sale of ammunitions for all types of guns and assault weapons.
