Priority Issues:
If voters of the 93rd district choose to elect me in November I plan to start by focusing on two main issues.
1. Economic recovery of Eastern Kentucky. After the waves of layoffs in the coal industry Eastern Kentucky has been hit hard as jobs continue to disappear. To combat this issue I plan to advocate for continued development of our local infrastructure to help attract businesses. Things like improving our roads, increasing access to high speed Internet and keeping our educational system competitive in today's labor market.
2. Drug rehabilitation for non-violent offenders. Eastern Kentucky has been overwhelmed by the increase in drug abuse over the last several years. To combat this issue I plan to advocate for increased access to drug treatments, reintegration programs and job opportunities.
In the end I want to help ensure Eastern Kentucky remains a good place to work, live and raise a family. Thank you and God bless.
