Name one thing you would most like to do before you die:
Make poverty history!
Priority Issues:
1. The economy. We need to eliminate needless over-burdensome regulations that impede both large corporations and small business in creation of private sector jobs.
2. Every child deserves an excellent education. We as a nation are leaving many of our children behind.
3. Allow citizens to keep more of the money they earn. After realizing how government wastes money and that most programs sound good but rarely reach stated goals, I have concluded that the best way to spend taxpayers money is to spend as little of it as possible. I will fight to keep your money in your hands.
3. I will be the strongest advocate for increased protection of civil rights and the restoration of lost civil liberties.
Reason for Seeking Public Office:
It is time to pull together in order to move the state forward and seek not what is in the best interests of the Republicans or the Democrats, but aggressively pursue what is in the best interests of the citizens of Connecticut.
I want to offer a more grounded alternative to the failed social policies and fiscally wreckless financial approaches we have witnessed and replace them with a prudent, more careful approach to governing. I ask others to take a look at who I am and what I believe and join me in a campaign for change in the coming elections.
