Ronald Reagan because when he entered office, the misery index (the sum of the inflation and unemployment rates) was 19.99%. Through his use of deregulation and tax reform, he lowered it to 9.72% by the time he left. Not to mention the fact his economic boom created over 16 million jobs.

Reason for Seeking Public Office:

One of the reasons that I'm running for the 59th House of Delegates seat is to demonstrate to young people that we shouldn't have to wait until we're 40, 50, or 60 to realize that conservative principles are beneficial to all age brackets. I want to help lead today's youth down the conservative pathway to prosperity and success.
