Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that establishes the permanency of the California Farm to School Program.

Highlights:

• Increases the minimum fees for contests or wrestling exhibitions under the Boxing Act (Sec. 1).

• Amends the California Education Learning Laboratory to be administered by the Government Operations Agency instead of the Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation, and to operate with the purpose of increasing learning outcomes and closing equity gaps in STEM (Sec. 2).

• Limits administrative overhead charges to the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund (Sec. 4).
