Vote to pass a bill that amends the date of primary elections in Arizona to the second-to-last Tuesday in July.

Highlights:

• Requires provisional ballots to be checked for validity and counted within seven days following a general federal election (Sec. 1).

• Amends Arizona statutes relating to election processes to establish the second-to-last Tuesday in July as the required date for primary elections, instead of the last Tuesday in August (Sec. 2-4).

• Authorizes the county chairman of each party to designate a representative to act as a challenger at any voting center, including in-person early voting and emergency voting locations (Sec. 6).
